Born in India but raised entirely in Singapore, Dakshi has had the fortune of global exposure from a very young age and has built up a robust network of clientele. After receiving her B.A. and Diploma in Education with honors from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, she was a teacher in their renowned schools before moving to the US. She is well-traveled and has lived in several States - Ohio, Maryland, New Mexico, Illinois, Southern and Northern California. While living in California, she did some technical writing and started a software solutions company. She moved to Naperville, Illinois from Silicon Valley in 2004 with her husband. She now has three teenagers who currently attend the schools in Naperville District 204.

Dakshi has a passion for international travel with her family. She loves exposing her children to the various global cultures, people and cuisine. In her spare time, she loves to cook and entertain friends at home, read, watch movies and try out new restaurants.

Ramya Nagarajaiah skillfully bridges the realms of real estate and home design.  With over 15 years in architecture, interior design, and retail, she shifted to real estate by leveraging her entrepreneurial skills.  Ramya has a keen eye for detail and an insightful understanding of how people interact with their homes.

• With a strong foundation in designing functional and visually compelling spaces, Ramya provides a distinct advantage in today’s market.  She helps sellers position their homes for maximum impact through thoughtful staging, pricing strategy, and targeted marketing, while guiding buyers to recognize both the lifestyle and long-term value of a property.

• Known for her proactive communication, attention to detail, and client-first mindset, Ramya combines market intelligence, data-driven insights, and skilled negotiation to deliver exceptional results.  Her background in retail business in Naperville and architecture in Bangalore(India) further strengthens her ability to market properties with precision, creativity, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior.
